Crafters & Artists Appreciation
Each year a complimentary dinner and social gathering is arranged in honor of the crafters and artists who traveled to Rice to be part of our Show. The appreciation dinner is hosted by Mark Larson – owner / operator of the Café, and organizer of the Craft Show – and will be held at the Old Creamery Café under the tent at 6:30pm on the Saturday of the show.

Averaging 180 craft / art vendors and an annual attendance reaching 5,000 you don’t want to miss out. From handmade shelves and home décor to paintings and seasonal decorations, there’s something to pique the interest of everyone. Find a unique piece to liven up your space, to give as a gift, or to inspire your own creativity.
Show Location
Enjoy on of the last weekends of summer at our outdoor craft show. Hosted on the grounds at The Old Creamery Restaurant in Rice, MN – located 17-miles south of Little Falls on Hwy 10 at the stop lights; or 13-miles north of St. Cloud on Hwy 10.

Saturday: 8am – 6pm | Sunday: 9am – 4pm
These are the official show dates and hours, all early or late sales will be made at the discretion of the individual artist / seller.
Guest Entry Cost
FREE! Come enjoy the company of friends / family, mingle with the crafters / artists, score a perfect item for your home, and just spend the day outside partaking in some shopping therapy.

What’s the cost? How big are the booths? Where do I go? We’ll provide all the information you need to set up for a successful show.
There’s nothing like the experience of meeting face-to-face with your customers; or over hearing their thoughts on your products quality, color, size, price, and more… talk about an excellent chance to conduct some market research. Whether you’re just starting a business or are a veteran craft show vendor, you’re product belongs at the Old Creamery Arts & Crafts Show.
Show Type – Juried or Non-Juried
BOTH! The Old Creamery Arts & Crafts show maintains a Juried Area – which consists of the majority of our vendors. We also maintain a Non-Juried Area with 40 available booths. In total, the show location is limited to approximately 180 booths.
Show Headquarters
Upon arrival, check in at The Old Creamery Restaurant; see Mark Larson, Sarah Larson or Nate Larson for further instruction.
Setup & Take Down Times
Vendor booth setup is scheduled for Friday after 10am. Booth location is on a first come first serve basis. All booths should be set up before 7:30am Saturday and be removed by 12:00pm (noon) on Monday.
Booth Size
Booths are set up to be 11’ x 11’. We will try to accommodate special requests; contact Sarah Larson with questions… 320-250-8673.
Price
$175.00 – 1 Booth
$325.00 – 2 Booths
$450.00 – 3 Booths
Please make checks payable to Old Creamery Center. Return by May 31st to Claim Previous Booth Location; $30 late application fee applies after July 1st, 2022.
Food Vendors
Sale of food or beverages is prohibited unless approved by Nathan or Mark Larson.
